On April 18th, GMS held a joint workshop on Disaster Preparedness and Recovery for CA utilities in partnership with the the East Bay Municipal Utility District, the College of Engineering, and the College of Environmental Design. The workshop, which drew participants from 11 public agencies in California. The event was organized to spearhead collaborative research utilizing social science approaches.
